Wynyard Station to Barangaroo southern precinct
The new Wynyard Walk (view map) means visitors to Barangaroo’s southern precinct do not need to cross any main city streets. From Wynyard Station, follow the signs to Exit 4 and take the Wynyard Walk tunnel. Exit at Napoleon Plaza and walk straight ahead across the Sussex Street Bridge. Take the escalator or lift down to arrive at International Tower Three, Barangaroo.
Wynyard Station to Barangaroo Reserve
From Wynyard Station, follow the signs to Exit 4 and take the Wynyard Walk tunnel (view map). Exit at Napoleon Plaza, then veer right past the Sussex Hotel towards the Napoleon Bridge. Before crossing the Napoleon Bridge, take the stairs or elevator down to street level. Then cross Napoleon Street and walk north along Hickson Rd for 700m. In total, this walk is approximately 1km and is fully accessible.
Wynyard Station to Barangaroo Reserve (alternative route)
This route does not use the Wynyard Walk and avoids Hickson Road. From Wynyard Station, go to street level, then down Margaret Street to Kent Street. Head north along Kent Street for 750m to the Lord Nelson Hotel. Turn left into Argyle Place, then access the Reserve via either Munns Place or Bettington St. This walk is approximately 1.1km and involves some short hills.
Circular Quay to Barangaroo Reserve
Walk past the Museum of Contemporary Art and turn left at Argyle Street. Then walk west through the Argyle Cut and past the Lord Nelson Hotel. Reserve via either Munns Place or Bettington St. This walk is approximately 1km and is fully accessible.
